ORAL COMUNICATIONS AND POSTERS

The time for the oral communications will be of 15 min + 5 min of questions, except for the invited speakers that will be of 25 min + 5 min of questions.

Posters should be prepared in portrait format and they cannot exceed 90 cm width and 120 cm height. Material to fix the posters will be provided. Each poster will be assigned a number that can be found in the book of abstracts and must be mounted on the poster board having the same number. Posters should be mounted on the arrival day, Monday 11th, or at early morning of Tuesday 12th. There will be 1 Poster Session on Tuesday 12^th from 19h to 20h, but additional time to check and discuss them will be available during coffee breaks and free time on Wednesday.  Therefore the poster should remain on display until the dinner time from Wednesday.
